All of our workouts incorporate elements of high intensity interval training (HIIT), Strength Training and Pilates - no equipment needed (light weights/resistance bands optional). We currently offer two class durations - 30mins "GET HIIT IN" and 45mins "HIIT'S A PARTY".*
